The process of therapy is different for everyone. My focus is to help you identify what issues you want to work on and how to best make the changes that will optimize your life. I believe in finding the right FIT for you - a therapist who is speaks your language and makes sense to you. Change is scary and hard - my goal is to help you through the process and support your mental and emotional needs along the way.
